RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At YOUR MONEY RECLAIM LLC, doing business as Dulce Aura, we want you to love your skincare. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our skincare formulations and packaging, we accept returns or exchanges only in limited circumstances. Once your products are prepared and shipped, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
To qualify for return consideration:
- Products must be unused and unopened
- Items must be in original sealed packaging
- All original labels and seals must be intact
- Products cannot have been tampered with or opened
Non-returnable items:
- Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products with broken seals or missing packaging
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Products received as part of promotional offers
- Free gifts or bonus items
How to Request a Return
If you believe your situation qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@dulceaura.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of your issue. Include photos if applicable.
We will review your request and respond within 1- 3 business days. If approved, we'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Include with your return:
- RMA number (provided after approval)
- Original receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@dulceaura.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you and correct shipping errors immediately. We may require return of the original item before sending a replacement.
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your return and issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
